Responsibilities:
BRAND CENTRAL ROLE
- Help develop Growth Strategies (LRP), support Stills Acceleration and design and deliver business plans for 2025+ for the category team, as one Marketing team and in strong collaboration with our bottling partner. Focus is on recruiting KO weekly+ in a profitable manner (local brands) and on driving Trial (global brands). Leading project based work including the delivery of local water brands’ plans and incl. global brands
- Illuminate brand potential and strategy to inspire key customers and bottlers to drive support and commercial acceleration of brands in key markets and retail channels.
- Identify key business priorities and work with cross-functional partners and agencies to bring brand and retail marketing programs and supporting materials to the marketplace, to create consumer experiences across Retail, Digital, Pack and Live XPs that surprise, inspire and drive Trial / weekly+.
- Lead cross-functional teams on work assignments and tasks; provide direction and manage timeline milestones to achieve KPIs and desired objectives.
- Help manage brands’ P&L incl. Net Revenue, Gross Profit, EBIT, Direct Marketing Expense
- Track brand and project performance through data analysis by converting KPI’s and findings into specific insights and actions that add value to the business.
- Eagerness to lead the marketing transformation, drive change and explore consumer needs, combined with the ability to translate this understanding into compelling ideas.
