Description:

Title: Director, Marketing
Department: Kiehl’s Brand & Wholesale Marketing
Reports to: Vice President, Brand & Wholesale Marketing

JOB SUMMARY:

The Director, Manager oversees brand strategy as well as the development & execution of 360 Animation Campaigns for all respective innovation and core in their categories. They additionally act as the strategic marketing lead for Sephora, Ulta, Blue Mercury & Equinox, partnering closely with Sales and their Assistant Manager to execute.

SKILLS:

  • A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • 8-10 years of marketing experience is required, cosmetics marketing is a plus.
  • Proficient in: Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Strategic and demonstrated problem solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) and the ability to handle multiple and diverse tasks is a must.
  • Strong financial / analytical experience including sales forecasting, analysis of business, profit, budget management.
  • Ability to work in a very hands on, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Fostering teamwork, ability to influence others and maintaining a positive attitude, and always taking initiative and being proactive.
  • Solid understanding of ROI analysis, metrics and program/budget forecasting.
