Your key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement short, mid, and long-term global marketing strategies for Photoprotection, ensuring alignment with overall Beauty & Care marketing and BU objectives, while fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Drive the creation of innovative launch strategies for new and existing products, ensuring the development of compelling marketing narratives and engaging key stakeholders across regions.
- Collaborate closely with the Market Intelligence & Consumer Insights team to integrate data-driven insights into marketing strategies, enhancing market relevance and customer focus.
- Lead the development of detailed launch plans incl. value proposition, promotion, pricing strategies and ensure delivery within aligned timelines and budget.
- Develop and manage business cases for the Photoprotection segment and new product initiatives, ensuring financial viability and strategic alignment with corporate goals.
- Partner with R&D and Innovation teams to foster the development of the Photoprotection pipeline, driving new product innovations and ensuring commercialization success.
- Lead the alignment of segment strategy across global marketing functions and regional teams, ensuring cohesive and consistent execution worldwide.
- Lead ongoing gap analysis for the Photoprotection segment, identifying opportunities for improvement and initiating corrective actions.
- Identify risks and opportunities in collaboration with regional teams, driving organizational commitment to executing aligned actions with measurable impact.
- Provide marketing input for the Photoprotection segment during the budget process, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.
- Drive the Photoprotection business with global key account customers in close cooperation with Global Key Account Managers.
- Develop and lead customer presentations and answer marketing specific questions in customer requests.
- Lead the global marketing communications strategy for the Photoprotection segment, including customer events, PR, media planning, and digital engagement, to maximize visibility and market impact.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering growth and ensuring delivery of key objectives.

You bring:
- Master in Business or Marketing or Science
- Overall 10-15 years of work experience in the B2C and/or B2B products space within the Beauty and Personal Care industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading, developing and executing global (segment) marketing strategies and product/commercial launches
- Ability to detect innovation potential and translate market insights into visionary company or industry strategies
- Energetic, passionate and curious. Embraces change and has strong willingness to learn
- Strong business acumen, leadership and coaching skills
- Strategic and conceptual thinker
- Fluent in English, any additional language an asset
