JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to support the organization’s growth and branding initiatives. This role will focus on enhancing our social media presence, managing marketing campaigns, supporting the marketing efforts for our Medicare Advantage (MA) line of business, participating in community events, and creating member and provider outreach marketing materials and newsletters. The Marketing Director will work closely with the executive team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

EDUCATION AND LICENSURE

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Travel
  • The incumbent may travel up to 5% of the time.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing and Branding:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the organization’s brand and reputation.
  • Oversee the rebranding efforts, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Manage the organization’s social media presence, including Google reviews, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Marketing Campaigns and Initiatives:
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to support the Medicare Advantage (MA) line of business.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to identify and pursue new marketing opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing trends to inform campaign strategies and improve performance.
  • Content Creation and Management:
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, press releases, and website content.
  • Ensure all marketing content aligns with the organization’s brand and messaging.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community partners, healthcare providers, and industry organizations.
  • Represent the organization at marketing events, conferences, and other external engagements.
  • Community Events Participation:
  • Plan and participate in community events to enhance the organization’s visibility and engagement.
  • Develop strategies to maximize community outreach and involvement.
  • Metrics and Reporting:
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports to the executive team on marketing performance and ROI.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Provide professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Regular attendance.
  • Travel as required
