Description:

A marketing expert who will be responsible for establishing and implementing strategic and tactical communications plans designed to capitalize on market opportunities and generate demand. This role will oversee communications, consumer relationships, influencer and ambassador relationships, paid media, social media, and overall brand look, feel, and voice to ensure this goal. He/She/They will build a creative, integrated, multi-channel program that builds brand awareness and reputation, provides a steady flow of sales leads, and measures the return on marketing program investments. This role will report to the CMO and partner with other key stakeholders in the organization.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in fashion / lifestyle marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • The Director of Marketing will be integral in leading and driving brand growth through 360marketing strategies. Think freely, and outside-the-box.
  • Develop a comprehensive and aligned strategic marketing plan, calendar, and budget
  • Understand and connect user segments to optimize communication channels, timing and messaging
  • Concept, test and execute new programming
  • Discover new technologies that can add value to the user journey and stay current on marketing trends
  • Manage the creation and dissemination of all marketing collateral and sales support tools
  • Manage partnership with key media agencies and external partners
  • Partner with the team on all event execution, including but not limited to collaboration launches, pop-up activations, in-store events
  • Leverage existing data and platforms to find largest opportunities; keep a focus on ROI but understand opportunities, risks and rewards.
  • Develop and manage CRM, retention strategy and execution including email and text, app, in-store offline customers, referral programs, loyalty and new growth channels.
  • Identify and improve LTV and engagement across all consumer channels through existing or new tools.
  • Own VIP customer program to engage top consumers and community members – both online and in-store – work with store teams to disseminate VIP programming at B&M level as well
  • Own brand messaging both internally and externally – speak to external contacts about upcoming initiatives and more traditional PR plays
  • Oversee agencies and business partners
  • Oversee team of marketing and creative staff
