Your role
As Director Marketing & Sales you will be responsible for primarily the Sales of the RBS15 anti-ship missile system on the international market. You will act as Product Sales Responsible (PSR) in the Saab Winning Business process. In this role you will drive the sales process from the product perspective. You will be the project leader of the combined bid team necessary to secure the complex system business that a modern anti-ship missile system requires. You will interact with entities both inside the Business Area Dynamics as well as other Saab Units and international partners. Customer meetings on all levels from defence ministries to end users are frequent parts of the job and frequent travels, both national and international will be necessary to solve the task.
The main tasks are:
- Plan and perform sales activities that promotes the product and fulfils the order intake plan
- Act as Product Sales Responsible, PSR, and manage the Saab Winning Business process
- Conduct customer meetings and participate at exhibitions
- Establish and maintain relations with customers, partners and other interested parties
- Lead the bid team in the tender process creating value added competitive proposals

Your profile
You are a person with drive and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team (both as a team member and as a team leader). You have the ability to think strategically, plan tactically and act operationally to meet the requirements of the customer and the business. You are a flexible person that enjoys working the international market where frequent travel and exposure to various cultures is a part of your daily work.
Required skills:
- Bachelor degree in economics, engineering or equivalent military education
- Minimum five years of experience in complex system sales – defence material a bonus or
- Minimum five years of experience in complex system procurement
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written
Desired skills:
- Experience from Saab Winning Business process
- Experience as user of Saab CRM tool
- Experience in international and national negotiations
- General knowledge of missile systems technology
- Experience of military organizations, operations and tactics
