• Completed studies in electrical engineering, physics, computer science, or similar
• Passion for measurement application development with customer focus
• Ability to lead a team
• Experience in measurement application development for T&M products
• Experience in leading development projects
• Willingness to initiate and drive change
• High communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Experience in working in an international context
