REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experiencerequired, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate’s degree/Bachelor’sdegree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those yearsbeing in leadership/management.

Direct resource utilization management program and credentialing/quality improvement programs for medical staff.

• Direct and administer the credentialing and quality improvement programs for the medical staff.
• Develop and administer resource utilization management program functions and direct the evaluation of existing clinical efficiency programs, cost containment programs and clinical pathways.
• Oversee Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs.
• Direct the care management programs.
• Coordinate initiatives across facilities to ensure standardization and sharing of best practices.
• Identify and coordinate resolution of problems to improve physician utilization and patient satisfaction.
