Description:
Position: Director of Account Management, Employer Services
Status: Full-time, Exempt
Location: Hybrid, Boston, MA
Supervisor: VP of Employer Services
Compensation: $120,000 - $160,000 (commensurate with experience), with bonus structure
WHO WE ARE:
The O’Connor Professional Group (OPG) offers a continuum of services to guide individuals and families through the behavioral health industry by providing concierge-level care, identifying suitable treatment and aftercare options, and assisting in creating and implementing sustainable recovery plans. We help address the needs of those struggling with behavioral health issues including substance use disorders, mental health issues, eating disorders, and mood and personality disorders. We also support individuals on the autism spectrum, aging adults with dementia and young adults who are struggling with transitions to independence.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee account management team
- Manage employer accounts as needed
- Ensure smooth implementation of existing contracts
- Supervise the onboarding new clients and developing relevant operating procedures
- Increase revenue of existing clients each year
- Coordinate staffing needs for client engagements with our operations and intake teams
- Monitor profitability of accounts
- Cross refer clients to core OPG services as appropriate
- Lead a monthly Employer Services meeting – identify areas of strength and growth for the team
- Perform regular check ins with clients to ensure client satisfaction and troubleshoot challenges
- Assist account managers in developing relevant collateral and messaging for program rollout
- Review data for accounts, adjust monthly reports as appropriate
- Other duties as appropriate
