    Job Overview: Our client seeks an experienced and dynamic Director of Aesthetic Operations to lead and manage their cosmetic and compression services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastic surgery operations and a deep understanding of the cosmetic industry. This role requires a leader who can oversee the day-to-day operations, drive strategic growth, and ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership:
  • Oversee the daily operations of cosmetic and compression services.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between surgical and non-surgical departments.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency, profitability, and patient experience.
  • Build and Expand Services:
  • Lead the expansion and development of cosmetic and compression services.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth in the aesthetic field.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals to introduce innovative treatments and procedures.
  • Team Management:
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing medical and administrative staff team.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all staff are compliant with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Financial Management:
  • Develop and manage budgets for the cosmetic and compression services.
  • Monitor financial performance, identify areas for cost reduction, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Report on financial metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Patient Care and Satisfaction:
  • Maintain the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction.
  • Address patient concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Implement processes to improve the patient experience continuously.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure all operations are compliant with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and adjust operations accordingly.
  • Lead accreditation and certification processes as required.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for the growth and development of aesthetic services.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote services and attract new patients.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitiveness.
