Job Overview: Our client seeks an experienced and dynamic Director of Aesthetic Operations to lead and manage their cosmetic and compression services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastic surgery operations and a deep understanding of the cosmetic industry. This role requires a leader who can oversee the day-to-day operations, drive strategic growth, and ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership:
- Oversee the daily operations of cosmetic and compression services.
- Ensure seamless coordination between surgical and non-surgical departments.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency, profitability, and patient experience.
- Build and Expand Services:
- Lead the expansion and development of cosmetic and compression services.
- Identify new opportunities for growth in the aesthetic field.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to introduce innovative treatments and procedures.
- Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing medical and administrative staff team.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all staff are compliant with industry regulations and best practices.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for the cosmetic and compression services.
- Monitor financial performance, identify areas for cost reduction, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Report on financial metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Patient Care and Satisfaction:
- Maintain the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction.
- Address patient concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Implement processes to improve the patient experience continuously.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all operations are compliant with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
