Responsibilities:
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Director of Business Development and Client Success position will help the President & CEO and COO retain existing business revenue and acquire new business by acting as the “Strategist” and “Executive Representative” to all current and future clients, to free up the President & CEO from these existing duties. This position is responsible for achieving annual revenue targets; ensuring world-class customer service and total client satisfaction; maintaining the “Agency of Urgency” brand with clients in regard to speed and responsiveness; as well as driving revenue growth through deeper penetration in existing clients. This position leads, manages and holds accountable the Client Success and Sales and Marketing teams to ensure they meet specific goals. They also implement strategic plans, processes and procedures. The Director of Business Development and Client Success manages budgets, coordinates client accounts/pitches/annual reviews, oversees new design and out-of-the-box client projects.
SOME OF THE JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Develop strategy for key accounts and client projects
- Hit Revenue/Gross Margin Goals
- Manage and improve processes
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Create the sales department budget
- Produce sales forecasts and reports
- Understand the market and competitors
- Train, mentor and motivate the Client Success and Sales and Marketing teams
- Lead the marketing department to develop effective promotional materials for existing client growth and new business development
- Work with leadership to implement, monitor and present progress of plans and goals
- Help to identify and tackle core problems in business/sales/marketing processes
- Assist with risk assessment of client initiatives and business decisions
- Oversee reporting; financial analysis and compliance for all sales, marketing and client success opportunities
- Analyze key metrics to sustain and build value for the enterprise
- Assist with key assignments from the CEO, such as creating comp plans and exploring all avenues for growth
