WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking an outstanding Director of Business Development who has a deep background in digital marketing services. This includes strategy, creative services, branded content, UX and web development, technology services for systems integration, social media management, and omni-channel programs.
The ideal candidate will enjoy prospecting and be tenacious about finding and properly qualifying new opportunities. You will build a sales funnel with medium and large-sized companies that have well recognized brands. You will be adept at probing to uncover a prospect’s business needs and pain points so that a powerful proposal can be developed. We want a top performer who will deliver!

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • A minimum of 5+ years experience selling the full suite of digital marketing services
  • A thorough understanding of the role of digital marketing in today’s business world
  • Ability to pinpoint a client’s pain points and define solutions that overcome challenges and deliver revenue growth
  • Verifiable success meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to rapidly build rapport with prospects clients and establish long-term relationships
  • Highly motivated and target-driven individual
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • High level (non-technical) understanding of digital marketing projects, ad operations systems (GAM360), and website monetization tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong documentation skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Outstanding client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Open minded and coachable to develop and continuously improve digital and media services knowledge, prospect objection management, sales scripts, and pitch decks.
