DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

We are looking for a Director of Business Development specializing in Airlines across LATAM who is looking for an exciting and challenging career with CellPoint Digital. This position will operate remotely and will travel across the region as needed.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Meet new customer targets for Enterprise Travel and Transportation sales for the territory.
  • Meet revenue targets for the relevant territory.
  • Establish CellPoint Digital as the Payment Orchestration provider for Travel and Transportation merchants.
  • Provide timely forecasting and sales reporting upstream in the organisation

What We Are Looking For:

  • You must have Direct payment gateway/processing sales experience across multiple merchant verticals.
  • You have an extensive knowledge of the e-commerce payments landscape for the assigned geographical region.
  • You have experience managing stakeholders across all levels and large regional or global clients.
  • You have proven experience selling to travel and transportation merchants. An understanding of payment orchestration is preferred.
  • You’re a self-starter, mature and you have a strong drive to perform.
  • You are eager to bring your unique talents and authenticity to the CellPoint Digital community.
  • You’re constantly curious and a lifetime learner.
  • You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • You enjoy leading and/or supporting cross-functional initiatives and projects in a team where you are empowered and accountable.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and the challenge of managing multiple projects simultaneously, while prioritizing high-return work.
  • You approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
