Plurilock is a Cybersecurity firm working with mid to large enterprise customers nationwide with their ever-growing cybersecurity needs. As the Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing net-new logo business opportunities. Your focus will be on selling IT hardware, software solutions, and promoting our critical cybersecurity professional services. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional with a proven track record of success in hunting and closing new business and working directly with IT leaders such as CIO’s CISO’s, VP of IT, Director of IT, etc.

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers at potential client organizations.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold-calling, and leveraging industry connections.
  • Present and demonstrate IT hardware, software, and cybersecurity solutions to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable growth and long-term client relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to provide clients with innovative solutions.
  • Report on sales activity, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
