As the Director of Business Improvement and Technology, you’ll help urbanbubble run smoothly by making sure we have the right policies and processes in place. We’re looking for someone who can spot ways to improve our operations and leverage our tech to drive success. If you’re passionate about continuous improvement and optimizing ways of working, we want to hear from you!

SKILLS/APPROACH

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential
• Ability to think strategically, with effective planning, decision making and execution skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions
• Strong financial acumen
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work. Ability to travel to multiple sites across the UK as required

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree level education essential, from within this field
• Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE 2) desirable
• Process improvement qualification (e.g. Lean or Six Sigma) desirable
• Risk management qualification desirable
