Director of Cash Vault Services

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented Director of Cash Vault Services to join our team in Livonia, Michigan. As a Director of Cash Vault Services, you will be responsible for managing cash vault services and products across CVS Operations throughout the US. You will also be providing leadership and building an effective team to ensure positive results in customer service.

• Oversee the evaluation of operational controls and procedures to maximize departmental production and minimize staff errors.
• Negotiate pricing to optimize profitability of service or product solutions.
• Respond to requests for proposals, assessing customer needs and recommending effective strategies.
• Enhance customer retention work efforts by delivering superior level customer service.
• Generate additional revenue from the sale of cash vault products and services.
• Develop, revise, and maintain policies and procedures of cash application to ensure that they meet changing business requirements.
• Ensure that the cash applications team adheres to internal controls.
• Perform risk and cost benefit analyses.
• Oversee and assist in daily and monthly cash reconciliation process.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators or levels for the cash vault services group.
• Position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role or industry
• Proficiency in 3M, CRM, Eaton, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, and About Time software is expected
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential
• Must be adept at KPI Reporting and Logistics
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
• Candidates should possess a strategic mindset with the ability to make sound decisions based on data and industry knowledge
• A proven track record of managing and improving cash vault services is highly desirable
• A thorough understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards is required
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve operational issues efficiently and effectively is a must
• The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is critical to this role.
