Stantec is currently seeking an experienced Director of Civil Engineering to lead our established infrastructure team in Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing global business, to lead and expand a successful team, to deliver and build upon the existing projects within our portfolio and identify new opportunities in the market.
As our Director of Civil Engineering, you will head up our well-established civils team where you will lead the technical delivery of our current schemes while identifying and developing new opportunities in the market.
You will take the lead on multi-disciplinary bids and projects and be responsible for directing, mentoring, training and performance management of the civil infrastructure team. You’ll also draw upon the capability and networks of other disciplines within our Scottish offices to create opportunity for the Civils team and wider business.
You will be an important part of the wider leadership group across our business in Scotland, devising and delivering strategy to help us achieve our goals.
