In this role, you will assist the Senior Vice President of People & Culture and be tasked with providing leadership in developing and implementing strategies and actions aimed at ensuring effective communications across Behaviour’s six studios, both locally and internationally. You will also be responsible for managing a multidisciplinary communications team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and deliver key messages that align with the company’s vision and goals.
- Create and maintain a consistent corporate brand voice across all internal and external communication channels.
- Lead the development and execution of strategic communication plans that elevate the company’s brand and reputation.
- Collaborate on various projects with significant impact on employee mobilization and engagement.
- Own and manage budget in various philanthropic projects.
- Provide strategic leadership for tasks within the communications team.
