POSITION OVERVIEW
In this role, you will act as a strategic partner and right-hand to the Global Head of Total Rewards. This role is designed to provide high-level support in planning, communication, and execution of key initiatives across the Total Rewards function.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or a related field. Prior experience in a Chief of Staff role or similar capacity is highly desirable.
