ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Engineering to join the leadership team of a deep-tech startup building a general purpose, analog processing platform. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing our technology strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analog and digital hardware design, a deep understanding of in-memory computing technologies, and proven leadership skills.

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery of products.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align technical development with business objectives.
  • Work closely with external partners, suppliers, and research institutions to enhance technology development.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, workshops, and networking events to build relationships and promote the company’s technology.
