WE BELIEVE MOST OF THESE SHOULD MATCH YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Technical understanding, e.g. from an engineering background (software or other)
• Curious and passionate to learn
• 5-9 years experience in Product Management, Consulting, M&A, Investment Banking,, Venture/startup, and Corporate development.
• Ideal candidates will have completed a Master’s degree or similar in Engineering, Finance, Business or alike.
• Profound interest in how technology can solve key business problems in the industrial world
• Strong operational grit and ability to get stuff done!

• Lead processes related to strategic business development and running fundraisings, acquisitions, partnership processes or other high-stakes relationships (OEM, new business development, resellers, technology partners)
• Contribute to Cognite’s M&A agenda as a key contributor to Cognite’s growth
• Together with the CEO and the Senior Leadership Team, help articulate Cognite’s corporate strategy and run corresponding strategic cross-functional initiatives
• Help drive efficient processes towards Cognite’s Board of Directors and key shareholders to ensure they are up-to-date on the progress of the company and make efficient decisions
• Building out our Partner Network, including close work with companies across the Aker ecosystem.
• Engage with the investor network with investor relations support - including building towards a potential IPO
• Collaborate with finance on corporate finance tasks, including KPIs and reporting
