Responsibilities:

  • Build a robust debt and asset strategy to align with roadsurfer’s growth objectives, focusing on optimizing the capital structure and asset utilization to support long-term financial stability.
  • Spearhead the development of a state-of-the-art Corporate Finance team, ensuring viable best practices and exceptional engagement with investors.
  • Full responsibility for capital market communications, reporting directly to the CFO, with a primary focus on managing banking-related activities. This includes overseeing compliance with financing facilities and nurturing key financing partners relationships - taking ownership of all banking-related activities.
  • Provide consultation and support for senior management by developing and executing corporate finance strategies, offering strategic recommendations and reports to enhance confidence in roadsurfer’s vision and execution plan.
  • Oversee the existing debt portfolio, conducting risk assessment and performance monitoring, while planning and overlooking the execution of debt financing transactions, including negotiating loan agreements and structured financing.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements in the financing sector, while analyzing and presenting financial trends, competitor behavior, and other factors impacting the business, with a focus on banking and financial management aspects.
  • Collaborate with rating agencies like S&P Global, Moody’s, and Fitch to achieve optimal ratings, while overseeing internal rating processes to ensure accurate and timely information dissemination.
