Description:

Alongside the NSW Curriculum, the School offers the International Baccalaureate (IB) – Primary Years Programme (PYP).
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic education professional to join the Primary Leadership team at Trinity Grammar Junior School to support and enrich the PYP learning framework.
The Director of Curriculum (PYP Coordinator) is responsible for overseeing teaching and learning as we continue to offer dynamic and outstanding education from Kindergarten to Year 6. Working collaboratively as part of the Junior School Executive, the Director of Curriculum contributes to the design, and facilitates innovative teaching and learning initiatives across the school. Familiarity with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) is essential.
As Trinity is focused on relationships and growth, all staff participate in the School’s comprehensive pastoral, sporting and co-curricular programs. A willingness to actively support and participate in the wider Christian ministry of the school is a necessity.
Applicants must be committed to excellence and innovation in teaching and learning and possess a strong desire for professional growth and development. A demonstrated ability in working constructively and collegially as a member of a large team is also essential. The key focus of the role is to support growth through modelling outstanding classroom practice by combining curriculum, pedagogy and skills to create opportunities for student engagement and a passion for lifelong learning.

The successful applicant will have
- Appropriate academic qualifications in teaching
- Experience in the International Baccalaureate – Primary Years Program
- Current registration to teach in NSW (through NESA)
Current First Aid CertificateValid NSW Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement)
