Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in customer marketing or related fields.
  • Proven success in developing and executing customer engagement programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with customer data analysis.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools
