Responsibilities:

A Day in the Life (What you will do here):

  • Data Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define data-driven initiatives that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Data Management and Governance:
  • Establish and maintain robust data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, privacy, and security.
  • Oversee data integration, storage, and retrieval processes across multiple systems and platforms.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Lead a team of data analysts and data scientists in conducting insightful data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Develop and deliver regular reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics and trends.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with IT, operations, and clinical teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements in patient support programs.
  • Work closely with external vendors and partners to leverage data-driven solutions and technologies.
  • Leadership and Team Development:
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the data team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Recruit, train, and develop talent to build a high-performing data organization.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by the manage
