As the Director of Data and Personalization at Knix, you will spearhead a multifaceted team responsible for turning data into actionable strategies that drive customer engagement and business growth across our omnichannel retail landscape. In this influential role, you’ll combine your expertise and oversee teams in Data Analytics, Data Science, and Business Insights, working closely with marketing and commercial teams to shape the future of our customer acquisition and loyalty programs and overall marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance customer engagement and optimize loyalty programs, aligning with omni-channel retail goals.
- Oversee a high-performing team of data analysts, data scientists, and business insights professionals, fostering innovation, collaboration, and growth.
- Ensure the right selection and integration of softwares (analytics platform, attribution, CDP, retargeting tools, pixels implementation across platforms and vendors) to enable value creation through better marketing investments decision making.
- Utilize advanced analytics and data science to segment customers, develop models like CLTV and Propensity, and drive targeted marketing efforts.
- Analyze loyalty program data to identify growth opportunities and optimize customer experiences, driving increased participation.
- Implement attribution models to assess the impact of marketing campaigns across various channels and optimize marketing spend.
- Lead initiatives to analyze customers cohorts behaviours and enhance personalized marketing to improve customer experiences in collaboration with UX/UI teams.
- Define KPIs, monitor performance, and report insights to executive leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics strategies with business objectives and facilitate data-driven insights.
- Evaluate and integrate advanced analytics and data science tools to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of our strategies.
