Description:

You can become part of the Digital Team that is making positive improvements in different programmes within the Trust.
The Director of Digital Services will lead digital operational services across Oxford University Hospitals and support the development and adoption of outstanding digital health and care services for patients and families.
We want to change and enhance health and care across our area, supporting the objectives of our wider integrated care system; to improve outcomes in population health and healthcare; reduce disparities in outcomes, experience and access; increase efficiency and value and support social and economic growth in their area.
As a Global Digital Exemplar Trust, the Director of Digital Services will deliver a step change in digital transformation, working with clinicians and staff to ensure the optimisation of our digital services across the organisation, facilitating the realisation of benefits and the integration of digital care with the Trusts quality and safety priorities. The post will support delivery of the Trusts strategy through ensuring families and our patients are at the centre of all we do, and staff have the skills and resources required to deliver services to an outstanding standard.
The post will work closely with research, development and innovation services, enhancing the digital reputation of the Trust through using innovative digital research and innovation.
The post holder will be responsible for Information Technology services within the Trust, ensuring that the best people do the best work, with high-quality delivery. To achieve our goals we need a team of competent, collaborative professionals who share the same vision and are passionate about their work.
