POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for an experienced engineering director to help drive and evolve our product. Our technology is new and rapidly evolving, and you’ll have a chance to lead a team of extremely talented and passionate engineers focussed on pushing the boundaries of data protection. Engineers on the team will own the research, design, and development and maintenance of sensors that monitor data movement across a variety of platforms, from endpoints (Windows, macOS, Linux) to browsers and to the cloud.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience building endpoint security products, such as DLP or EDR applications.
  • Experience deploying to a large number of endpoints.
  • Knowledge of the data security space.
  • Experience measuring and optimizing engineering practices.
  • Understanding of OS internals.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, communicate, collaborate, and work effectively in a distributed team.
  • Must be located in Europe

Responsibilities:

  • Attract, develop, and grow top technical talent to continue building our technical leadership in the industry
  • Own the development and maintenance of large software components.
  • Collaborate with product managers to create a viable roadmap for the product.
  • Introduce and evolve software development processes.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams in various locations.
