POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Events to join our leadership team. This role is critical in advancing our mission by developing and executing impactful, innovative, and inclusive events that inspire and connect leaders globally. The Director of Events will have direct oversight and control over CCI’s flagship events, including the Annual Conscious Capitalism CEO Summit and Spring Conference, while also providing strategic support and guidance for chapter events across the country. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Conscious Capitalism events and driving systemic change in the business world.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7+ years of experience in producing both in-person and virtual events, with a proven track record of delivering impactful and inclusive experiences.
• Strong strategic thinking abilities with a passion for supporting leaders in building purpose-driven businesses.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships that align with the goals of Conscious Capitalism.
• Experience leading and managing a remote team, with a focus on fostering a Conscious Capitalist culture.
• Proficiency in event management software, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with a high degree of organization and accuracy.
