Director of Finance - Hybrid

We are partnered with a great organization in the Albany, NY area that is seeking a forward-thinking Director of Finance to join their executive leadership team. The Director of Finance is a Hybrid opportunity that will provide great flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee fiscal resources and handle budget-related inquiries.
Develop procedures to enhance financial operations.
Provide regular financial reports, analyses, and forecasts.
Manage financial risks through internal controls.
Ensure compliance with financial policies.
Monitor operational targets and develop strategies for efficiency.
Address and resolve issues, escalating as necessary.
Develop and maintain partnerships.
Coordinate internal functions for efficient operations.

Manage staff responsible for projects and partnerships.

• Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance leadership role such as VP/Director of Finance
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Accounting Functions
• Auditing skills are necessary
• Familiarity with Budget Processes and their implementation
• Experience in Capital Management is required
• Applicants should have a strong understanding and ability to perform Cash Flow Analysis
