OVERVIEW

The Containerwest business group is recruiting a director to lead our Financial Services Team.
You are highly skilled and are ready for this opportunity to make a difference and deliver our vision of superior financial services.
You are comfortable taking responsibility for all aspects of Financial Services. This includes business planning, budgeting, operational reporting, financial reporting, business process re-engineering, and all aspects of internal controls and business systems.
This position requires strong leadership skills and the expertise to align Financial Services with the overall business objectives.
This position reports to the CFO.

QUALIFICATIONS

CPA and 10+ years of relevant experience at increasing levels of responsibility.
Proven experience leading &/or creating effective Financial Services Teams.
Strong knowledge of business systems, best practices and emerging technologies.
A self-starter that is expected to bring ideas forward for consideration.
The successful candidate must be able to collaborate effectively with the senior management team.
In order to deliver superior customer service exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Experience with manufacturing, standard cost accounting and job costing is an asset.
Willingness to work in both BC and Alberta.

Pay: $125,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
