Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field (Master degree is a plus)
  • 8+ years of experience in digital communications, social media strategy, and/or website management work in fast-paced, dynamic environments, collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Digitally savvy individual with a proven track record of harnessing the power of digital technologies to maximize business impact
  • Proven expertise in managing executive social media accounts, especially LinkedIn
  • Strong editorial, storytelling, and content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments, collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience leveraging AI and digital tools to enhance content strategy and analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of web design, user experience, and content management systems.
  • Fluent Englis

Desirable Requirements:

  • German or additional languages are welcome
  • Experience in industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, generics, biotechnology, or life sciences preferred

Responsibilities:

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Design and implement comprehensive digital and social strategies, aligned with the company’s business objectives, to strengthen the company’s brand and executive profiles across all digital and social channels.
  • Lead the creation and curation of high-quality, engaging content for digital platforms, including the corporate website and social media, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging. Build online digital communities to expand and engage stakeholders.
  • Manage and evolve the sandoz.com corporate website, ensuring that design and content are current, engaging, user-friendly, and aligned with company as well as brand objectives. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the management of social media channels, particularly LinkedIn, to ensure consistent engagement and professional representation of company executives. Guide content strategy, post scheduling, and interaction with key stakeholders.
  • Provide direct support to company executives, helping them craft personalized, strategic posts, and manage their social media presence to build influence and thought leadership in their respective areas.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools for content creation, analytics, and social media optimization, to ensure digital strategies remain innovative and data-driven. Stay ahead of technology trends and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Track, analyze, and report on website and social media performance metrics, generating actionable insights to refine strategies and improve engagement across all digital platforms.
