We are now seeking to appoint our Director of Global Engagement. Reporting to the Executive Director of External Relations, and working closely with senior colleagues across the university, the Director of Global Engagement will provide strategic leadership and direction for the development and implementation of the University’s ambitious internationalisation strategy. The Director will lead an integrated, institution-wide approach to the University’s global engagement activities, including international student recruitment, transnational education partnerships, other recruitment pathways and partnerships, student and staff mobility, and a high quality international student experience.
You will bring expert knowledge of international education, including international student recruitment and mobility, and academic partnership development. You will bring experience in digital marketing and lead generation techniques in the international setting and experience of building successful international relationships and networks including the management of transnational collaborations and recruitment agents. You will have a proven track record of increasing high quality international student enrolments and the ability to work with our internal and external stakeholders to further develop our internationalisation strategy. You also be an experienced people manager with a proven capability to lead and manage change while nurturing teams with a focus on continuous improvement.
