Our Global People & Culture team is looking for a Director of Global People Operations. In this role you are a key player in our Uberall People & Culture team, turning our People First strategy into reality daily. You make a direct impact on evolving our amazing company culture. You lead a small, global, and professional team that is passionate about Uberallers. As a leader of Uberall’s global People Operations team your work is crucial in ensuring that our 400+ Uberallers across 30 countries can be productive day by day - you and your team provide relevant people services, support, and tools in a compelling and compliant way.
Not only that - the foundations you set also help Uberall grow for the future. In addition, you will be responsible for managing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are compliant and aligned with industry standards. You will be leading this function in a largely remote workforce and a distributed workforce, managing EOR aspects as well. In this role you will be part of the Global People & Culture leadership team you’ll report directly to the Chief People Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Define, implement, and continuously evolve the full range of Uberall’s employment-related policies & processes in a people-centric way, ensuring we offer a compelling and compliant people experience for Uberallers and are an employer of choice for our candidates.
  • Lead and continuously develop a high-performing team of PeopleOps experts around the globe in a fast-paced environment
  • Drive excellence by taking care of the details in all things employment: Your team is responsible for the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including preparing necessary documents by local labour law requirements
  • Plan and execute our ‘rhythm of the business ’ of people processes regarding performance, compensation, development, and engagement.
  • Ensure that Uberall maintains accurate and accessible employee data and records and has a powerful toolset (HRIS etc.) that Uberallers love using.
  • Make the connection between the HRIS and the people analytics and insights function. Ensure we run efficient payroll and benefits processes by collaborating effectively with our partners
  • Handle all employment relations matters professionally, swiftly, and in strong collaboration with our legal partners.
  • Experience of fostering collaborative and constructive relations with work councils. Collaborate effectively with other key stakeholders (Finance, IT, Legal, etc.) to keep shaping powerful moments along the employee journey.
