As Director of Global Product Management, you will hold the strategic management position within the sales organization of CERATIZIT Cutting Tools from Kempten or optionally from another Cutting Tools location. In addition, you will act as an interface to marketing, R&D, production, pricing, the Global Key Accounts and Segment Management departments. Together with your team, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of a product strategy and thus influence the success of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the product strategy, optimize the product portfolio to achieve solid growth and expand market share, including strategic decisions on product development and lifecycle management.
- Drive product innovations and digital transformation by integrating digital technologies into product development and lifecycle management and optimizing product usage through digital product and data models.
- Conduct global market analyses and gather customer insights to identify emerging trends and opportunities and support the sales team in product positioning.
- Lead a high-performing international team of 35 employees, ensuring strong customer orientation and collaborative partnerships with marketing, R&D, production, pricing, global key accounts, and segment management.
- Ensure adherence to product-related financial goals, including profitability and market share, and initiate appropriate measures.
