Responsibilities:
Lead and implement strategic plans for the entire golf division to drive growth and financial performance. Oversee daily golf course operations, including managing tee times, event planning, and capital projects for a Golf Maintenance team of over 40 individuals. Manage the golf operations team, fostering a customer-focused culture and ensuring seamless collaboration with other departments. Develop and monitor budgets for the golf division, optimizing profitability and analyzing financial performance. Maintain high standards across all facilities, including the golf course, pro shops, driving range, and racquet facilities. Create programs to engage new players, retain existing members, and foster a fun and inclusive environment. Work closely with the marketing team to promote golf services and communicate effectively with members regarding golfing activities. Lead a cohesive and high-performing team, setting clear goals and providing consistent support and feedback. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain the quality of all facilities. Innovate and evolve golf products and services to align with the vision of Four Seasons Peninsula Papagayo.
