Due to continuous expansion we are seeking a Global HR Service Director to join our growing team!
How you will make a difference:

As our Global HR Services Director you will enormously contribute to our success as a service organisation, with the key deliverables of delighting our clients as well as providing direction and leadership to Safeguard GEO (Global Employment Outsourcing) team.

  • Oversee the GEO HR Services team across countries within an area, ensuring teams perform the scope of work effectively while delivering exceptional service to existing and future customers.
  • Maintain monthly KPI’s as required by the business.
  • Develop and provide HR Services strategy, vision, and direction for the assigned area, providing recommendations and taking final decisions.
  • Provide inputs to VP Global HR Services and other executive management, being accountable within the area for GEO HR Services financial results which impact organisation performance.
  • Actively supports HR Services in creating, implementing, managing, and measuring GEO HR Services operational processes required to deliver an industry leading managed service in line with Safeguard Global’s growth plans.
  • Responsible for the operational readiness of each local market entity in, identifying and implementing improvement opportunities, where agreed with VP of Global HR Services.
  • Make recommendations for improving effectiveness of policies and procedures, maximising new client engagement, and developing plans to meet future needs.
  • Provide regular reporting and operational guidance to the VP of Global HR Services on HR Services team achievements challenges and development projects.
  • Responsible for collaborating with other client facing managers to manage client queries through to resolution, undertaking route cause analysis where appropriate.
  • Provide coaching to team members; maintaining a positive work environment. Ensuring HR Services teams perform the scope of work effectively while delivering exceptional service to existing and future customers, ensuring that everyone is working towards their individual, team, and company targets and goals.
  • Plans, allocates, and monitors the teams to ensure proper coverage including vacation, holiday, and attrition.
  • Maintain an efficient HR Services team structure and performance through analytics, processes and tools.
  • Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, training, development, retention, and performance management of assigned team members in to ensure delivery of services in accordance with business objectives.
  • Always adheres to and demonstrate the Safeguard Global company values leading by example to direct reports.

What will make you stand out:

  • Thorough knowledge of EOR services, concepts, and practices and application of industry standard approaches, tools, and processes for identifying process improvements.
  • Proven HR background across multiple locations: experience in advising on complicated Employment Relations Issues with exceptional Local Labor Law understanding.
  • Implementation operations experience
  • Previous proven experience leading and developing global teams, always ensuring exceptional leadership and role model qualities
  • In-depth knowledge of building efficient business processes and team performance metrics.
  • Clear ability to help an organisation change and adapt its ways of working to reflect growth and scale as it occurs.
  • Ability and willingness to serve as a Safeguard Global ambassador, demonstrating our culture and values through your work and interactions with others.
