REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in HR leadership, including employee relations, performance management and policy compliance
  • Experience in a similar Human Resources Director or HR Manager role for a minimum of 3 years, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • HR experience in the UK and ideally knowledge of the London market but not essential
  • Sound knowledge of HR UK laws, labour, and policies/procedures
  • Strong skills in negotiation, delegation, influencing, conflict resolution, collaboration and investigations
  • Change management experience

Responsibilities:

  • Generalist knowledge across all aspects of HR encompassing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, reporting. L&D and legal compliance
  • Ability to coach and lead managers, fostering positive working relationships and managing conflict
