Responsibilities:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Senior Human Resources Management.
- Strong Industrial Relations experience and knowledge of New Zealand employment law.
- Extensive background in executing team member engagement, recruitment and learning and development activities.
- A collective approach to solving complex issues with high level of ability to influence across the business.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and conflict, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent leadership skills and exceptional communication skills with an ability to connect with people at all levels.
- Demonstrated high level coaching skills.
- A customer service approach to human resources & excellent interpersonal skills.
- A Degree level qualification or equivalent relevant experience
- It would be advantageous for you to demonstrate the following capabilities: previous human resources management experience in the hotel, hospitality, leisure, and/or retail sector
