Responsibilities:

In this position, you will have overall responsibility for HR management (approx. 210 employees) and report directly to the CEO.

  • Responsibility for the strategic and operational orientation of the HR department, including implementation of personnel planning, development and recruitment
  • Management and organization of the entire HR department
  • Responsibility for the preparatory work for payroll and payroll accounting as well as all short-time working and promotion issues
  • Responsibility for continuous further training as well as securing and increasing the potential of our employees
  • Implementation and further development of all key HR areas such as recruiting, staffing, talent and salary management
  • Advising and supporting management and executives in all matters
  • Trusting cooperation with the works councils
  • Promotion of the Marriott corporate philosophy and culture
  • Responsibility for the organization and implementation of employee events, team building, recognition and CSR activities
