REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Director, manager or combination
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices and strategic HR planning
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
  • Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Proven track record of fostering a positive workplace culture
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent spoken and written English

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning HR strategies with business goals
  • Provide guidance on organizational design, employee engagement, and talent management
  • Implement and monitor procedures for all key HR processes, including performance management, recruiting, on-boarding, off-boarding, benefits management; ensure effective communication of processes and support leaders in talent development initiatives
  • Lead employee relations efforts, addressing concerns and driving resolution
  • Analyze workforce trends and metrics to develop strategies for retention and engagement
  • Facilitate the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding experience
  • Stay informed about industry developments and legal requirements impacting HR practices
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within the organization
  • Maintain awareness of payroll processing; ensure appropriate procedures and processes are in place to effectively complete routine pay processing
  • Ensure that HRIS maintains appropriate data for the completion of all HR and payroll-related functions, including reporting
  • Managed HR staff in order to achieve success as a team
