Jebel Ali School is a leading British curriculum school in Dubai for students aged 3-18 years rated ‘Outstanding’ by British Schools Overseas.
Established in 1977, Jebel Ali School has an enviable reputation for being a much-loved community school centred around the ethos that our students never stop believing that better is always possible. Our aim is for everyone to ‘belong, believe and become better than they thought they could’.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, Teaching certification, educational leadership/management workshops (e.g. NASENCO, NPSQL)
  • Experience: 2 years’ senior or middle leadership in a similar setting
  • For this specific role, are looking for someone with confidence and a proven track record of outstanding results.
  • A full working knowledge of The National Curriculum for England and Wales and its associated assessment practices
  • Possess a strong focus on the pastoral care of children, understanding the balance between academic and social progress and support, as well as the ability to identify safeguarding concerns.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and a positive approach to both individual and collaborative professional development.
  • Be available to join Jebel Ali School in August 2025
