EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience running, or participating in Integration Management Office functions
• Project Management software experience, ClickUp is a plus
• 5+ years of proven experience in project management
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills

WHAT YOULL DO:

• Integration of Acquired Organizations: Lead the integration of newly acquired organizations, ensuring seamless alignment with our existing structure and culture.
• Running the Integration Management Office: Establish and oversee the Integration Management Office (IMO), setting standards and best practices for integration processes.
• Project Management: Manage corporate projects from inception to completion through comprehensive project plans, including goals, objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with Strategic Imperatives.
• Team Coordination: Ensure clearly defined roles and responsibilities for team members and establish clear communication channels.
• Supervision: Coordinate and supervise project activities, ensuring tasks are completed according to the project plan and within the specified timeline.
• Updates and Documentation: Provide regular project updates, address concerns, manage expectations, and maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
• Project Evaluation: Conduct project evaluations to assess the achievement of project goals, identify lessons learned, and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Closure and Reviews: Prepare project closure reports and conduct post-project reviews to document successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Leadership: Lead projects through excellent communication and facilitation skills, effectively guiding and engaging team members during meetings.
