We are seeking a Director of Internal Sales with proven leadership capabilities in a matrix organization and strong experience in stakeholder and customer engagement. Ideally, you hold a relevant master’s degree, preferably within a commercial discipline, and bring at least five years of international professional experience. Internal or External sales experience is an advantage but not a requirement.

In order to succeed, we imagine that you:

  • Have strong people management skills and experience with long-distance, multi-cultural collaboration
  • Have solid experience in developing, implementing, and managing processes, driving a successful change management agenda
  • Work with a structured and analytical approach and have a proven track record of realizing sales improvement initiatives both internally and toward customers
  • Are a motivating and coaching leader, who is not afraid of executing, can drive performance, and serves as a role model for change while inspiring the Internal Sales team to elevate their capabilities and performance to the next level

As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in English.
In this role, you should anticipate approximately 30-40 days of travel per year, primarily to our different country organizations. Therefore, it is a requirement that you have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the internal sales team and driving the transformation towards a more streamlined and externally oriented organization across the Business Units and our entities in the countries
  • Enhancing collaboration with external sales, taking greater customer ownership for smaller accounts
  • Providing training, mentorship, and governance to internal sales representatives in the countries
  • Fostering a customer-focused culture, strengthening relationships, and driving customer loyalt
