Location: Hybrid with Regular Travel to London and the Midlands

Are you a strategic technology leader with a passion for driving business success through innovative solutions? Mitie Projects is seeking a dynamic Director of IS Business Partnering to be the primary technology liaison for our Managing Director and leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will champion technology services, align business and technology strategies, and oversee the delivery of impactful technology projects.
Responsibilities:
As the Director of IS Business Partnering, you will collaborate closely with the Managing Director and be an integral part of the leadership team. You will work with business leaders, Enterprise Architects, and CIO/IT teams to define and execute the technology strategy. Developing and implementing the yearly change plan will be crucial, ensuring seamless technology integration and adoption across the organization.
You will lead the delivery of technology solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and strategic goals. Acting as the technology owner for projects, you will support sales teams in tenders and promote Mitie IT capabilities to customers. Additionally, you will mentor and lead a team of IS business partners, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
