Responsibilities:

ROLE MISSION

We are seeking an experienced, innovative and forward-thinking L&D leader to craft the next phase of our clients professional development offering. The ambition is to ensure our client remains at the forefront of innovation within the Marketing industry by equipping talented team with the knowledge and skills of how to best initiate new and trending technologies.
You will report into the Chief People Officer and lead (and grow) the existing global team to develop and execute an industry-leading learning programme, as well as help cultivate a company culture where professional growth and success are at the forefront of employee experience.

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF…

  • You’re an expert in developing and delivering L&D programmes in a global business (ideally within the marketing/advertising/creative industry).
  • You have a compelling and inspiring leadership style with a passion for taking a team on a journey of continuous improvement.
  • You’re analytical, whilst being a creative solution-designer and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • You have recent experience of procuring, developing, and delivering learning programmes on AI and other emerging technology.
  • You’re a natural coach with a desire to be hands on when it comes to delivering training.
