We are excited to share our new opportunity for a Director of Learning Disabilities & Mental Health at Outlook Care.

ABOUT US

Outlook Care is a not-for-profit organisation, registered with the Care Quality Commission that has been delivering person centred support and care to people since 1990. We are experienced in managing and training staff to help people living with a range of disabilities and needs as well as supporting older people with dementia and at end of life. Every tenant, customer and resident we support is an individual which means that customer service is therefore at the heart of the work that we do.

For this role you will need to be a sound strategic thinker with excellent inter-personal and influencing skills and be able to demonstrate significant senior leadership experience gained in a medium to large organisation.
Applicants will need to demonstrate how they have developed, delivered and maintained good quality, safe and complaint Learning Disability and Mental Health services, showing a deep understanding of how to manage contracts and tendered services in partnership with Local Authorities and Commissioning Bodies.
