We have partnered with a fast-growing alternative investment manager in Dubai who are looking to hire a Director or Lev Fin/M&A in a newly created role. The firm has a global mandate with the ability to invest across the capital structure, across a range of strategies, in both public and private markets.
Reporting into the CEO, this role offers the opportunity to lead and execute complex transactions, present at Investment Committee meetings and contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the private investments team. Additionally, the role offers the opportunity to manage and mentor a team of investment professionals.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with origination and executing M&A and/or Leveraged Finance transactions within an investment banking environment. Given that the firm has a global mandate with generalist coverage, experience with transactions in multiple regions and sectors would be a key advantage.
