Responsibilities:

  • Manage Wholesale by:
  • Overseeing all wholesale and retail processes and policies.
  • Relationship Management: Oversee clients to ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled and relationships are wonderful.
  • Finding ways to expand / grow the products each account
  • Collaborate with and sell products to new and existing wholesale buyers, business owners, and companies with the help of our sales team.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to optimize systems for increased wholesale and retail volume.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas of opportunity and improvement.
  • Manage Marketplaces by:
  • Project Managing the outsourced team(s) for these platforms, keeping them on track and pushing for growth with our marketing team’s help
  • Growing Marketplace platforms and developing a roadmap and strategy to incorporate additional platforms in the future.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports regarding sales performance, costs, forecasts, and profit margins.
  • Manage Licensing by:
  • Coordinating with product and marketing teams to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Providing forecasting support
  • Expanding the company’s footprint.
  • Fulfilling required submissions.
  • Maintaining excellent relationships.
  • Manage and expand licensed relationships and associated programs
  • Expand licensing by establishing new licensing relationships and navigating them through contractual stages to fruition, with support from the Product and Marketing Departments.
  • Act as a team player and a liaison to help grow this sector of the company for profitable revenue, eventually building and leading a team once profitability is achieved.
