Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- “Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of [10] years of experience in managed care, healthcare contracting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of healthcare finance, reimbursement methodologies, and insurance regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the use of healthcare analytics tools.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing healthcare landscape.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Professional certification in healthcare management or managed care (e.g., Certified Managed Care Executive, Certified Healthcare Financial Professional).”
